"Just bought a new Triumph America after not riding for 4 years...Richard Riley was so helpful in assisting me in finding the prefect bike for me. He went through every aspect of the bike and made me very comfortable before I took possession of the bike. I could not have asked for better sales assistance. Also parts and service were great! Top notch dealership that focusses on the customer. This dealership is a 10! I don't think it could be any better!"

"I have an 87 4Wheeler wanted to get some miner work done. I called and talked to Shawn. He said they didn't usually work on ones that old, but bring it up and he would look at it and see what kind of shape it was in. Well he agreed to work on it. Shawn was very professional and a all around good guy.His guys did a great job at a very reasonable price. Shawn called me and kept me informed on a regular basis. For someone who didn't buy his 4 Wheeler from your shop or hasn't spent much money at your shop you would never know it by the way Shawn and your shop treated me. I would recommend you guys to anybody looking for service. Thanks, Randy Nicklas "

"I am very pleased with the service I received and the whole purchasing experience. The Kymco runs great and is a nice solid bike for commuting or just riding for pleasure. I can see myself buying a bigger bike later on and, when I do, it will be at Fredericktown Yamaha. Keep up the good work!"

"By far the best motorcycle dealer in all of MD. The sales department is knowledgable, friendly, and no pressure. other dealers gave me the run-around with prices, but Fredericktown gave me a fair price with no haggling. All in all, it was worth the extra 40 minute drive."

"My Bonneville is my fifth bike, the last one being a disappointing Sportster. After a 20 year break from motorcycles to raise a family I started looking for a Triumph. The dealer can be as important as the bike, so I shopped around for a dealer, and found Fredericktown Yamaha/Triumph. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. It was what I expected from a motorcycle shop. No facade. Real people, knowledgeable, not pushy. I live two hours away, so it is not the closest Triumph dealer, but it is the best. For small things they are very helpful by using the mail. The people are great, but after all, it is the T-100 that got me to them, and I absolutely love my bike. It has the retro feel and looks we old-timers love, but the technology is right up to date. My friends who had Bonnevilles in the 70’s ask about vibrations, and I tell them nothing shakin’ at 100mph. I love cruising the hills and curves of Western Maryland. It’s got a lot more beef than my 1000 Sportster had. I was able to put over 4000 miles on it the first three months I had it before the snows came. I do love my Bonnie, but after I retire I’ll be taking road trips to Florida to see my kids and I’ll be adding the Rocket III to the stable for that, and I know where I’ll be buying it: Fredericktown Yamaha/Triumph. Thanks guys. "

"the bike that i had bought is the best! TT-R125"
By: Anonymous    Poolesville,MD

"I bought a new 2007 V-Star 650 Classic from the dealership on Dec-30-07 and was very pleased with my experience. I came in looking for a scooter in October, but found that after I started chatting with Kyle, his dad and the other staff, the motorcycle was a better avenue. It was my decision - my point being they did not 'push' me at any time. They were patient and took the time to answer my extensive questions. And yes, you can buy a motorcycle without knowing how to drive one. Kyle suggested a few avenues of excellent training to consider. I did a little comparison shopping, and found the other dealerships to either (a) not be interested becasue I did not already ride, (b) were still cockey and thought this was 2005 and they could get top dollar, and/or (c) were very high pressure, like the sterotypical car dealership. Not here. Basically, Fredericktowne Yamaha was a very rewarding and educational expereience. Ask questions, they are exeperienced and patient folks. They will help you find what you want at a very good price, but they will not sell you something that you can't use or would be foolish to try to use. They will help you find the correct motor vehicle, the correct equipment and they will help you safely enjoy motorcycles, scooters, ATVs or whatever it is that you do. Bottom line - buy your bike and equipment from Fredericktowne Yamaha. It might not be a bad idea to look at other dealerships for colors and model comparisons, but if you are getting a Yamaha, Triumph or Kymco, there is only one place for that and it is Fredericktowne. As a family run business they are unique in that regard, and the professional-quality yet personal service throughout the dealership is unmatched."

"you guys are awsome"
By: dalton     freeland,MD

"I bought a 1100 Vstar from these folks in 02, nothing but pleasant memories. Where they really shine is in the parts and service department, from opening back up one night when I had a flat tire, to getting the right part the first time, to quick turnaround on service, these fellows shine. To many dealers drop the ball on service, they sell you a bike and forget you, these guys go the extra mile, and it's always nice to be greeted by name. "

"I purchased a Yamaha VSTAR motorcycle a few weeks ago. I had no Idea what kind of bike would fit me being that this was my first motorcycle. Kyle and his father were both outstanding in assisting my wife and I. Kyle's dad assured us that this was the bike for me. He spent so much time with us giving us information about this bike. When it was time to purchase, Kyle and team made this deal happen for me and got me out on the road in about a half hour. I am very pleased with the service and a good friend of mine purchased a bike as well once I advised him of the outstanding service I received. Great job guys. Keep up the good work. "to whom it may concern I have never been more satisfeid with the service and sales department at fredericktown yamaha. I have purchased only two motorcycles in my life. The first a 1999 yamaha yz250 and recently a 2007 yamaha yz450f. Both purchased at fredericktown yamaha. Not knowing anything about owning a motorcycle and being new at the whole experience I feel more comfortable dealing with the Riley family then any other yamaha dealer. I have 3 bike dealers with in 30 minutes from my home. I would rather drive the 90 minutes it takes to get the professional service I get at fredericktown yamaha. I was given the time and attention I deserved. Thorough explanation of the service manual, and helpful break in rules specific to my new YZ. If any person asked me were to go for thier new motorcycle I would defintely recommend fredericktown yamaha."

"I hade brought my '05 Triuimph Speed Triple a few weeks ago for some service. I would just like to say thank you to the people at Fredericktown Yamaha/Triumph for everything they did to get me back on the road. The service department is outstanding and very friendly. I even went for a ride with them later that evening and had a great time. Thanks guys. "

"My husband and I bought our bikes in the spring and summer of 2004, at Fredericktown Yamaha. The service that we received there was wonderful. Being new riders, my husband and I always had questions, and Kyle, Richard and the rest of the employees never grew tired of us. In the fall of 2004 my husbands company decided to move us to Germany, and Fredericktown Yamaha provided us with the tools to ship our bikes. Whenever we speak to a fellow biker thats on their way to Maryland, we tell them that Fredericktown is the best dealership from PA to Virginia. Cameron (my husband) and I have been all over Germany with our bikes, the riding may be beautiful here, but the best dealership is in the USA at 5800 Urbana Pike in a little white building--thanks guys and God Bless --Cameron and Rebecca Hall"

"I have know these folks for many years and can tell you there is most likely no other shop like this in the country. You will typically not be treated as a customer, but rather as a family member."

" I have a road star and my wife a v-star from your dealership and I am very happy with your service dept. they always seem to get me in and out with service work and the parts dept. guys are also great to deal with... Thank you all....Bud Taylor"

"I have only dealt with Fredericktown Yamaha with new and used parts since I own only used motorcycles in the TX/XS 650 lines. I have dealt mainly with Kyle Riley. He is techinically knowledgeable, very friendly and has always ordered the right parts the first time around. He gives me good prices and makes sure that the parts arrive when he promises."
